Is Real Estate For You?
Many men and women wonder throughout their lives what it would be like to get into the profession of selling residential and/or commercial real estate. It’s a fascinating business, however, the students must make a decision to focus for nine weeks on the subject of real estate.
In Indiana, for example, you must be 18 years of age to apply for an Indiana real estate salesperson’s license, take an approved real estate course, and pass the Indiana real estate exam. Further training then also comes from the broker with whom the sales person places his/her license.
Continuing education (16 hours per license renewal of 2 years) is now required for all real estate licensees in Indiana. As you know, HOOSIER REAL ESTATE SCHOOL has been offering C.E. classes on various interesting topics for licensees since 1995.

Donna’s goal, therefore, is to help each student to be well trained, be successful in his/her new career, and be realistic about real estate sales.
Furthermore, she helps in the placement of her students by providing the majority of the brokers in the area the names of all students who are interested in securing a sales position.
Since Donna started teaching in 1988, no student has called to say that he/she was unable to secure a sales position with a broker.
